If the provider or hobbyist suspect that they may have exposed the other to a STD, is there an obligation (or courtesy) to inform the other person?  In the case of a professional provider, how would that information be received..... rejected outright, accusatory, or appreciated?

More than one year ago, my friend contracted a “flat wart “ virus for one of the TER top 100 providers.  He had not been with any other provider for about one year before and hasn’t since, so it was easy for him to isolate his point of exposure.  He says his medical issue is now resolved and he wants to try some hobbying again.
Should he have contacted the provider last year and let her know of his medical condition?  If so, how would that information been received?  OR, if she knew, after the fact, should she have informed him that he may have been exposed?  What is the obligation of either party in this situation?.
I told him he should have called her, just as a courtesy, if nothing else.  Your thoughts

efore you or "your friend" go spreading STD rumors .
May I advise you ( or your friend )  to do your research about "flat warts"  
What they are .  
How they can be spread  , ......
Like your friend could have had the HPV virus with out even knowing just to spread it to himself while shaving .....
and how long after contact does one even develop a wart.
AS IN ....... HPV virus can be in the body and only actually develop a wart waaaay after virus got into the body.  
Sorry no exact way to isolate and pinpoint his exposure.

Don't just get info from one source . Get info from different sources ........

Do in depth research to truly understand what is a flat wart........while your at it , be sure to learn  
about all types of warts , HPV .......or anything else that worries you ( him ) so much.
