Does anyone know of a spa that offers extras?  I do not know about you guys, but some time in a sauna, jacuzzi followed by a good therapeutic massage with a HJ to finish is all a guys needs.

The only ones that I have been to are the Asian massage parlors.  There aren't really any straight up spas that offer hand releases.
