All of sudden I have a 3-day work/vaca in Laughlin coming in a few weeks, however no time in Vegas at all.    
Any advice from the locals to make something happen?

I will travel anywhere to entertain 1 lucky individual.

Laughlin is absolutely a driveable distance, I  love little solo road trips so I can sing at the top of my lungs on the way!

I have thought about making a trip to Laughlin to hang out instead of Vegas sometime. Even looked into it. From what I can tell, the best answer to your question of how to make something happen is to plan ahead.  

 
I looked around online for local Laughlin talent. If there are any providers local to Laughlin, they’re all UTR or they’re on some website I don’t know about. I couldn’t find any.  

 
I asked several Vegas ladies and it seems pretty common for them to be willing to go over to Laughlin for an appointment, so that’s the good news. Most of them have a minimum booking of two or three hours to make the trip, or else a small travel fee. They may ask you where you’re staying because there’s some scuzzy places in Laughlin.  

 
It’s definitely doable but probably not going to work out unless you give a couple days notice or more. Have fun
