I know this has been discussed at some point, but I'd like to know peoples fav Strip steakhouse.

I've got to entertain about 12 clients for one night and we need to keep on the Strip for this fiasco. :)

Carne Vino at the Palazzo, Delmonicos at Venetian, or Texas De Brazil
Mmmm always love carne vino but lately I've been really diggin SW steakhouse at Wynn

Texas De Brazil this restaurant has amazing food and seems to be quite popular.A certain very kind gentleman took me to eat there and the food is outstanding! But,it is a distance away from the stip going South but still on lv blvd.If you want to stay on the strip I would recommend Capital Grille next to the Fashion Show Mall facing the Wynn they have great steaks! All this talk of steaks is making me hungry.lol
Good luck on your search!

To impress:

Del Frisco's - Just off the strip by a very short cab ride

Prime @ Bellagio - High End

Del Monico's @ Venetian

SW @ The Wynn

Craft Steak @ MGM

More casual but still business acceptable:

Strip Steak @ Mandalay Bay -  White cloth table but more relaxed atmoshpere

Joe's Prime Steak & Seafood @ Caesars forum shops

The Palm @ Caesars Forum shops

I am from Texas and I LOVE steak and found all of these to be super great!  Hope that helps!

I had a very good meal at Mastro's in City Center.

* Charlie Palmers` @ Four Seasons
* SW @ Wynn
* MY PLACE ... if I`m BBQing that day!!! LOL!!!

that you serve BBQ too, we'll have to try that next time.

Maybe after dessert :P

...Yes indeed!!! A mouth watering dessert followed by a tender but firm juicy steak ... YUMMY!!! Winks!!! But ... back to the thread at hand ... the stuffed olives at Charlie Palmers` are delish if ya enjoy a great martini & I personally have had my best caesar salad at SW !!! Both ...followed by an amazing steak!!!  Cheers ...

...that BBQ of your, lol....that has to be worth a "T"-bone.....er, uhm, steak, I mean  :)

Rodeo's inside Harrah's has never done me wrong.
They have a great onion soup too served inside a giant onion.
They have a great lounge there as well.

Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House is the BEST..

The Silverado Steak House at the South Pointe, down at Silverado and Las Vegas Blvd ain't too shabby, besides reasonably priced.

Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak, and Stone Crab has my vote.  GREAT steaks!  Easy access from the Strip at the Forum Shops.

STRIPSTEAK at Mandalay Bay is another personal favorite.  Lots of great choices in Vegas.

Only a few feet west of LV Blvd on Sahara. Super easy access compared to  strip hotels.

Excellent steaks, old fashioned Vegas atmosphere dating back to 1958. Warm and comfortable service and atmosphere. They even still make a genuine Caesar salad at your table the old fashion way.

Everyone in our group loved it. They even have private rooms.

Our group had our own room. Busted their asses to please us. Great food, too.

You can't go wrong when Frank and the boys used to eat there. When we were leaving Tash said, 'Mike! Look! That's where Frank used to sit!' He had his favorite seat and some bastard was sitting in it just then. Wanted to push him aside so I could get close to one of my idols!

Try the appetizer platter. Shrimp, crab legs, oysters, lobster. Steak was awesome.

Had a great time. The company was quite engaging also... ;)

all that have been mentioned are excellent choices. but, if you are doing a large party, then the smartest choice might be to dine at the hotel where all of you are staying at. might make it easier to coordinate everyone. otherwise, my personal favorite would be stripsteak. seafood tower to start, skirt steak, spinach souflee, truffled mac and cheese.

I take clients out to steakhouses at least once or twice a month. Your best bet is Del Friscos and Joe’s Stone Crab. For a party that big I would go with Joe’s. I took six clients there last month. The next day that’s all they talked about. How great the Crab and Steak was!!  You can get a private room in the back that seats 16. I think the minimum for the room is $1500.00. It’s a good thing to do for a party that big! You can’t hear anything in main dining room. You want to hear as much as you can when with clients. I always order the Stone Crab as an appetizer it rocks!! And don’t forget the Key lime Pie for dessert!! The other thing that’s great is the front Valet is less than 50 feet from the Joe’s.

Honorable mention STK at Cosmo. Very cool place!!!

It's nice to see a thread this size on the board, there hasn't been one for a while, that was positive at least...

I appreciate all of your input and now I have a much shorter list of establishments to research.

Thank you all.

Ezra

I ate at Treasure's Steakhouse just a couple months ago, and it was delicious. Been there 3 times in the last 2 years and always been great.
I love Rosewood Grille for steak. Joe's Stone Crab for um stone crab.
