I'm sure this is a scenario that has been posted many times, sorry!  I'll be visiting LV later this winter with my wife and would like to do some homework ahead of time.

The Mrs has been bi-curious for as long as I've known her, and a (legit) massage on a recent cruise vacation got her quite hot and bothered.  We've entertained the idea of finding a provider to join us for a night while we're in Las Vegas.  Nice massage would be a great start, but really looking for someone to lead us through a first-time encounter.  My lovely wife specifically asked for a brunette (sorry blondes, I still love you!)  

Anyone have advice or recommendations to share?

Maybe she can wear a dark wig!  She is honestly very bi and makes everyone comfortable.  
The few times I have been with couples (not my thing) I have requested that the wife contact me directly.  I find that sets the right tone.

Thanks for the advice!  I agree with setting the tone...planned on doing much of the initial research first, then giving the Mrs a chance to contact her favorite(s) from the list of "finalists".  The wig idea is cute, but a tough sell.  Who knows...if Kiwi and my wife hit it off, hair color may not be an issue!
