I have had guys with health problems give me specific instructions on what to do in case of an emergency. Bottom line is that they do not want me to stick around. In fact when I had an incall in Tampa I had guys say that if they have a heart attack to drag their dead body into their car and drive them over to the grocery store and leave them there.

...But at the end of the day I would have to call the police first thing!
I wouldn't want his/her family to find out about their side hobby like that, but I also would not want to be accused of foul play or even murder. And creeping away from a situation like that just makes you look more guilty and I'm going to clear my name 100%

I agree with you on that. Although they expressed their last wishes I don't think I could go through with it. There is no way to cover your tracks well enough to not get involved. Better to come clean on the front end  and pray that the EMS are discrete.

you might as well call the police. In todays world you will get caught there are cameras everywhere and you just make yourself look guilty.

I rather call 911 deal with the cops right then and there then leave someone there dead or in pain.  
And then if the person doesn't die you can be charged with failing to render help in a medical/death situation. Your fingerprints peoples big mouth cameras are bound to tie you being there.
I have had clients that had to go to the hospital during our time together (health reasons such as diabetes asthma etc)  and Ive called 911  I stayed with them and in one case followed EMS to the hospital just to make sure he was going to be alright in the end. As freaked out as I would be I couldn't leave someone who needs help.If a client is too drunk high whatever the case is hat feels weird or make me uncomfortable I wont involve myself Ill leave right then and there.

There is no way I would be in this situation because I NEVER party. AND do not party with friends who do. First Illegal drugs are not in my vocab. I have turned down tons of visits because I was asked do I party. Also, when I have seen things that shouldn't be around I either leave or ask to not be introduced to them while I am around. We are adults, So I have a right to voice my opinion and safety. AND for the type of drug it was at that !!! They both was playing with fire, they both should have gotten burned knocking at the evils door... Sadly ones life ended too soon. ALSO, Who wants to be associated with people using those type of nasty drugs anyway.  AND  what the heck did he expect..  

For sure take drugs out of the subject. That's not happening in my life and it does not sound like that is what Kiwi was asking.  
1. I would 100% call for help, no question about it. I would give him every chance to make it home to his family.
2. I am Buddhist and believe in Karma and could not live with myself if I did not try everything to save him.
Even if I woke up next to him and he was cold and for sure gone, I could not walk away from him.
I think at that point I would call the front desk and hope they would be quiet.
It would be a terrible thing and I hope never happens.

Of the relationship , she was not a caring person.  

She killed him by injecting him with  lethal dose of heroin.  As he lay dying, she stepped over him to gather her things and then just before leaving, stepped over him again to finish her wine.

woman I was with, I would call 911; and since I am trained in CPR/AED and first aid I would perform whatever was needed to save her life. Sure it may screwup my personal/business life since I have a SO; but that would be nothing if I did nothing to help. The guilt of doing nothing would bother me for the rest of my life; which I am not willing to do. As a hobbyist, you should face the good or bad that comes with this hobby world; if not then don't hobby at all.

The thing about it for me, is yes it's a hobby.  Why would anybody on either side want to harm the other person?  It should not matter if the person is a provider or a client, we are people first and respect should always be involved for both sides!

Agreed...first off, if a patron alerts of me of health issues ahead of time, and I'm not comfortable with those, I will not meet with them.  

he told me the story of how she had a date with a man who had a heart attack at her incall. She called the EMT who took the guy to a hospital and also called his wife.  
He was certainly alive when he left her apartment but she didnt know how the guy made out.
Clearly she did exactly the right thing.. One of the things I remember about her..
