Just got done a stay, the key card is required for the elevator

I also had to use it for my own floor, It was not consistent of being able to get an extra floor off another's key swipe.

I met my dates in the lobby. (well one at the self parking garage)

Are there any updates on the security situation at the HRH Tower?  I've read some differing opinions so far.  Thanks

They can have security from time to time, it must depend on if someone is staying there or something is going on...

Have stayed here a lot and never had any issues with security there.  Most of the time there is no one at the elevator and when there is you just show them your key card.

I stay at HR often. Was there a couple weeks ago, first time I ever had to use a key to get to my floor.

HRH tower is busy though. So sneaking in the elevator with other guests has never been a problem for me.
