LE is a big concern in Vegas, same as any other city. There are incalls close but you need to do your homework, find one you want to see, get verified and make an appointment. It will be much harder to get an appointment if you wait until the last minute. If you think LE is not problem just because you are in Vegas, go to the casino floor, try picking up one of the ladies that walk the floor, 50% chance you'll get busted, that is if you're lucky. If you don't get bused you'll probably get robbed.

In Vegas the action is on the strip and strip hotels are loaded with cameras making incalls too risky for the ladies...Outcalls rule here like in many major cities.
