Does the SA ( seeking arraingements) site pose a threat

your post may be.  Ladies in Las Vegas are amazing!  But they run their own businesses (those not associated with agencies).  It is common sense that ANYTHING that attracts business away from a provider, could "potentially" adversely affect her business.

Of course there must be a niche of hobbyists who would have not time for an SA/SB type transaction but every little bit that detracts from a lady's business......

And again, without being impolite, why would that matter to you?  Do you work for the chamber of commerce?

It's no more competition than when new providers enter the "market". Mongers who have the time it takes and don't mind the effort as well will see SBs.  I find that seeing escorts works way better for me, as I don't have the time or care to make the effort to see SBs. However, to each his own.

It seems many gents on there are looking for minimally priced ladies or the are seeking unprotected services etc ... Some should be on a marriage site they are looking for wife material lol.

But actually they don't allow escorts in their site  
They reverse image trace every photo uploaded and if they discover you are an escort your profile will STILL show... But you cannot login.
So it's a huge scam.

They KNOW escorts will put profiles on there because let's face it what is a sugar baby but a long term escort..  it's still an exchange of money or gifts for pleasure .. call it what you want but if it walks, talks and quacks like a duck ..  it's a goddamn duck.

...so they let them create profiles to bulk up their website. That way they can have more LEGITIMATE profiles to lure their male customers with
And the poor men are there sending messages to ladies who don't respond ..why? Because they CANT!
Anyhow the ladies make new profiles ... Paying the fees to get approvals etc and the cycle continues

I had to issue then a C&D to remove my first profile after they blocked my access from the back end and after I emailed them was told I was blocked for being an escort (image search busted me).

I created a number of different profiles thereafter just to keep a toe in the water but as mentioned above, the clientele there were not the kind of gents I interact with.  So I had my other profiles deleted.

With a different mind set.Almost like they treat this like Match.com. But Vegas is a town where people come on go. There's isn't that time to invest, unless you're here every month like..let me see.....ME!...lol. But I can see it playing well in say for example a city like, Salt Lake City or...but not in Vegas. And yes, I've dabble in it, it was cool. I still keep in touch with some who I've met there. And yes, there's a few ladies that are on P411 and have reviews here who I have seen on SA, so come on girls you know who you are. I even messaged someone I knew who I saw on SA, she was like, "WTF are you doing here", if was a funny conversation.
It fills a need, although maybe not so much in Vegas.....just my 2 cents.
