The agency girls I’ve got to know have made their own schedule and their own travel plans. They commit to an agency for a set period of time and then move on to the next city/agency of their choice, or they go home for a vacation. They seem to follow the money. If they don’t stay busy in a city they don’t come back. Or if they don’t like the agency split of the donations they don’t come back. My personal favorite Amanda hasn’t been back to Vegas for almost 3 years because she makes more money in Boston and Chicago. Same with Gloria who now stays between Philly and DC. For some reason most of the top shelf talent isn’t coming to Vegas as often since COVID. Could be money, could be the prevalence of bbfs girls now, could be that they like the businessmen they see in major cities versus the tourists and gamblers in Vegas, or it could be something else. I recently chatted with a well known KGirl in Vegas who doesn’t do bbfs, and she complained that she only got a fraction of the dates that the bbfs girls do. My guess is that she won’t be back when her month is up (she didn’t say exactly that, but that was the impression she gave me).

Now you might know KGirls who have different experiences or who have told you they’re not free to set their own schedules or who are actually trafficked. I said in my first response that was a possibility. I haven’t experienced that. If you have then you should share your knowledge or experience in response to the OP’s question. And if that’s true that’s really sad and disgusting. If I ever got that feeling at an agency I’d never go back to that agency.

As to AMP ladies being recruited to agencies I haven’t heard of that, but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Unlike our friend Rocket I only share my first hand experience.
