Obviously ladies loVe loVe loVe when a gentleman can pre-book for a rendezvous...but I can also empathize with how difficult it must be to be coming to town for business and try to nail down an Exact hour of when you can play a month or two in advance of arriving... The day, yes. The exact hour, sometimes not so easy.
Although, with pre-verification and great communication between us before you come to town and again once you arrive I'm sure we wouldn't have a problem finding a way for me to wiggle into your play time schedule.
I'm here for you...and let's just say, I know how to wiggle ;)

Is that still a busy time in LV? I'll be there for business as well so not sure of schedule. Wondering what the chances are of same day notice? or even late day for dinner etc?  Splitting the trip between downtown and strip. Any preferences?

Same day/evening is good - I live on the strip.
 I can usually get to you under an hour  ( after screening)

If you really want to see your lady of choice then you should try to book at least 48 hrs in advance 24 at a min...even that is short notice for mosy but increases your odd of getting the girl you want, especially since she will need to check your ref.

If you have a p 4 11 account with at least a few OKs then usually i knowi can meet with 6 hrs notice

With AVN the 18th-22nd, Vegas will be very busy, but...there will also be a lot of providers in town during that time (including porn stars, whom you usually need to book weeks in advance).

I reside in Las Vegas, and will be available during that time...but, I do require at at least 24-48 (P411 members are 24 hrs) for verifying.  Also, it's best to book at least a week or more in advance of our rendezvous, as my schedule fills quickly because my rates are VERY reasonable.

January is the busiest month in Vegas due to so many huge conventions in town. AVN happens at the same time as 2 other big conventions so we'll have easily over 130/140 thousand people in town that week.
By booking early , it's easier for you to secure your favorite lady/ies availability.  
You probably will be able to book someone at last minute, but most likely won't be lady/ies that were your preferred choices.
