Maybe they are masochists. For instance Anna TER ID #214656 with a Performance of 2,5,3 and then a new review of a fourth sucker with a predictable equally bad review. Or Janie TER ID #227990 with a 2 and a 5, and again a Hobbyist books her and has a really bad experience.

Sad but little head oveerides the Big head's logic in making such decisions.

All hobbyist have the same information, we need to make smart choices in this hobby game. If a person goes to a provider with bad reviews.  They have only themselves to blame and no one else!
