what is whispers??? and what is the no agency rule  thanks

an agency. And as has been stated before and by others is reputable.

No agency rule? Well, for locals it is not a rule, but certainly agencies are organizations that we stay clear of completely in Vegas. Simply put, you will be up-sold, Baited and Switched, or Cash and Dash, any other kind of scam you can think of. It is not a rule, you can call any agency in the phone book, or off the flyers on the strip "To your room in 20 minutes". that's your choice. But, you have been warned.

Most (if not all) agencies work similarly in town:

1) You call them, give them your info, hotel/room, etc.
2) You pay the agency fee via credit card.
3) Either you get a lot of phone calls or random girls show up at your door.

If you let anyone in, you basically paid for the girl showing up.  Since she got paid 0 from the agency, she'll be angling for tips.  Negotiations begin.  Upselling during the session is common.  While most of us would consider it a ripoff, paying full price would probably make her happy and give you a great session (no guarantees).  Not really good value for the money since a lot of indies will give you a good time for the allotted time at a fixed rate.  Of course, without a VIP membership, you won't see any pricing info in the reviews.
