Is it fair to assume that if the picture does not say not an agency, that they are an agency?

Johnnyred,Almost all of the independents post "not an agency" with their pics.  However, you should base the "not an agency" tag more on reputation than just the words on the pics.  Conduct a search on this Board and other Vegas Boards, and you will find the top independents mentioned numerous times.  You will never run into an agency mess with these fine providers.  Good hunting.
