If one finds themselves doing well at the tables and decides to indulge are there any particular top rated providers or agencies that are a good last minute choice?  Have down a lot of TER research for my upcoming trip but seems most need alot of notice.

I have not used either agency, but both agencies have good reputations, of course you'll need references.

Whether it's with an independent or an agency.  And I concur that HHPC and LV100 would be your two best choices.   Just be realistic in that if you hit the jackpot at 2 AM, you may have to wait until 9 AM for a happy ending!   Last choice you want to have is to go out to the sidewalk and grab one of those "at your door in 20 minutes flyers"!!
