Incall in Vegas is limited, however, there are some great ladies who do offer it, and have what you seek.  Might want to try any of the following ladies:  Nikki Avalon, Kit, Jade, Jackie Jewel and Logan.  Might be some others but these are the ladies I know who have all that you seek.

Megan, Kit and I are now sharing the incall apartment. (No, we don't live there.) We moved at the beginning of the month into one that is bigger and much nicer than the last one. I know that we all enjoy seeing couples. :)
