OK, here's the deal. Most of the lady's I have "researched" and would like to see require screening in the form of having two or more referrals (which I don't have) or being pre-screened through P411 or date-check. When I go to those sites, and review their process it requires info on a current employer. This I also don't have because I retired at an early age (40) and since both sites seem to require you to pay up front with no guarantee that you will be approved, I'm hesitant about submitting the form and just putting retired on it.

So my question is, does anyone know how I can either get certified by P411 or date-check without having a current employer or some other way to meet the screening requirements of reputable lady's without it?

Obviously, I'm new to this whole thing but have done a lot of web searching. i just can't figure out how to get over this one hurdle.

Any help is appreciated.

Not sure how responsive DC is, but P411 is quite user-friendly.   There's plenty of newbie-friendly ladies in Vegas.  They have various methods of screening peeps.  Either wait for them to post here...or do a search for "newbie friendly" on this forum.   It make take a bit of time to achieve solid references, but it's well worth it.  Hobby Safe!!

Have you tried the FAQ for newbies board. This question gets asked all the time on that board. I've included a link to this question. Learn to use the ter search function. And if you haven't read the self help manual on the newb board, give it a read.

Plenty of ways to screen someone.
No need to join "verification sites"............maybe later to have history of references. ( for those who require references )
but for now , find a newbie friendly lady. Plenty newbie friendly ladies.
There must be at least one newbie friendly lady that may interest you.

And for anyone thinking that a newbie friendly isn't a safe provider , ......I say a provider that can't figure out how to screen on her own maybe needs to look for another job.
but fine if a provider needs 2 references to make her feel safe ,
doesn't mean that someone who doesn't need references isn't safe .......
it's called being smart and savvy.

It's real easy in Vegas. Or at least has been for me. Tonight was the first night ever that I asked to be screened. But it is for my first San Diego date so different from Vegas. No idea why and I really don't care.

First, thank you all for your responses. Based on your responses, I think I will probably try to find a "newby" friendly lady or two to "break" me in so to speak who are also willing to act as a reference for the future as I would really prefer not signing up for a verification site if I don't have to.

I'm definitely considering both Cindy and Tori after looking over their sites.

Mister, do you have any other suggestions for lady's here in Vegas (is that appropriate to ask)?  As to how I retired at 40, I was never married, never had any kids and basically worked my ass off (6 days a week, 12 hours a day in a fairly lucrative field) and put a large percentage of everything I made straight into investments from day one (now I let the investments work for me). So basically I had no life outside of work for 16 years, it's now time to start enjoying life.

I think suggesting escorts depends on what you want. Just spend time reading reviews and look at how hobbyists and providers with many reviews conduct themselves. What I am still learning is that there are some very subtle etiquette rules here that take a while to realize. I broke one of those rules yesterday because I left some emails and a phone call with a provider and I hadn't heard from her and was starting to make other plans a little prematurely. Sorry Chill, you know you are my number one!!

I will say this, some of these fine ladies will spoil you. Badly!

A friend of mine married a former provider and she is among the most lovely inside and out person I have ever met. Because I have been in the hobby, I have no judgement about her and actually have more respect for her than almost all civvie girls. You never know what is going to happen.

I haven't been with Cindy, but I have been with Tori. Tori did something for me once at 3 am when she woke me up that was downright incredible. It will be our secret for ever, but Tori and others too have some special things in store, so be prepared to be surprised!

I really enjoy the girls that communicate very effectively and let you know exactly what you can expect. Kayla (Kaylakat) is top rung at this. Very late, changing aggrements, poor or highly delayed communications and difficult access can drag things down fast and the date might start off bad. In my case, it's ruined the whole night on more than one occasion.

One other thing, I always ask providers to set their phones up for emergency calls, texts and emergency emails only. If I am paying for their time..that means that I deserve their undivided attention.
