It's very rare to find implants that look like natural breasts. I'd say 1 out of every 1,500 boob jobs don't look like they had anything done.

I personally would never get implants. I would go for fat grafting though. You should look into that instead.

.....and although I usually prefer natural to fake no matter what decision you make I will be seeing you anyway.

Do what you think is best for you as some of the replies you have received so far some like natural and some like implants.It all boils down to how you feel about your breasts the way they are now and if implants is good for you.
I have seen some ladies who implants look and feel so real I would never had known they were implants.

OK, I need to talk about one of my absolutely favorite topics...boobs.  I need to start by telling you that I'm a 'boob man'...I just love the things!  But most folks think of us boob men as loving huge boobs...I don't necessarily.  I like petite and/or athletic women, and DD breasts look crazy on someone 5'2" and 105 pounds!  IMHO, a B or C cup can be awesome!

This leads me to my 'rant'.  I'm visiting Vegas next weekend, and after making my "to-do list" of a handful of very well-reviewed women (I won't name names here), I noticed that they all had...I have no better way to say it...huge fake racks.  Don't misunderstand, they're all gorgeous women (or they wouldn't be on my list).  I'd be thrilled to see any of the 8 gals who are on my list, and I'm really looking forward to the 2 meetings I have planned.  It just seems strange that everyone's got DD's!

I searched for anyone getting only 9's and 10's in both looks and performance.  Are unenhanced gals not getting these ratings in looks (which is completely subjective)?  Do small and mid-size breasted women make mediocre escorts?  LOL, I doubt it!  Are there no unenhanced gals left in LV?  I used to see Asian Jackie regularly, but I'm starting to think she was the last A/B cup in Vegas, and she retired a few years ago.

Am I the only guy out there who likes 'em small to mid-sized?  My point, and I do have one, is this...gals, if you're a B cup and you feel that you absolutely need to go way bigger to be attractive, get over it.  There's guys who like every size, every shape.  Stay out of the herd...keep your wonderful B cups!

They look and feel more natural than saline. Also tell your doctor you want a natural look vs a stripper look. That will make a huge difference in how it turns out.  Good luck and keep us posted!

My own opinion, I prefer natural - whatever is naturally there is good enough. To me it takes away a little bit when you are feeling her up and can feel the "un-naturalness" if you will of fakes. And I know I am not the only guy out there who actually prefers them on the smaller side.

And as an A-cup reading that a B or C "can be awesome" reminds me why having smaller tits is hard. Thank goodness there are options for enhancement and temporary bust builders: padded bras!

...whether they're natural or enhanced, as long as they look nice on you, I love 'em. If you're not happy with yours you should do what you think will make you happy. I love the feel of natural boobs and I love the feel and look of enhanced boobs. It's pretty rare that you can't tell that they're enhanced but that's OK.
I do really enjoy small and medium breasts so size isn't a major issue with me. Sometimes Mother Nature needs a little assistance, not unlike makeup or hair extensions.

Just do your research, and find the best MD you can afford. Don't limit yourself to looking for an MD in Vegas, check out So. CA. Then just make sure if you decide to have them done,  they're in proportion to your body.  Implants that are done poorly and too large will detract from your natural beauty. Good luck!

Generally speaking, silicone implants feel more natural than saline filled implants.  There was a scare in the early 90's associated with silcone implants.  Some women with the implants developed auto-imune disease and blamed the implants.  (Lawsuits resulted and put domestic manufacturers out of business.) Studies both before and since failed to demonstrated any connection between implants and autoimune disease.  It is only in the past decade that the U.S. has permitted such implants after placing a moritorium in 1992.  The U.S. was the only country in the world to ban such implants.

Either saline or silicone implants can harden over time owing to capsular contraction.  It occurs in 7 to 9% of all implantations and can be the result of the implantation surgery or post-operative inflammation.  Hardening of the implants can be corrected via revisionary implant surgery.

I study breasts very thoroughly

I like them natural. But if they are not attractive, yes, it can be a distraction. But only for a moment. And while being intimate, it is not something I focus on. Except in CG.

If you are going to be in the business a while, it is an investment. But as so many others have said, invest in them feeling natural. And the time and energy you invest in taking care of them per Doctor's orders is more than worth it. If you plan on ignoring their advice, or try to shortcut the care of them post surgery, don't get them. I have seen too many bad boob jobs and mostly due to the woman not caring for them after. I prefer the scar under the crease of the boob. There is some really great scar cream out there - check that out prior.

As for feel, that is key - if they are going to be "bolt ons", "bike rack" or out of proportion to your areola, think twice. The only thing more distracting from natural is a bad fake boob appearance. I have seen huge boobs that I thought were natural and were not. It can be done.

In my poll of guys, yea, for hobby we kinda like some substance there. As for my personal life, if it is not an A+ job, give me natural. I do not like to see the bag creases under a boob, scars, indefinate redness, stitch marks, bad placement (too high and not natural, WIDE GAPS between boobs, areolas pointing in two different directions, no movement - feel them and it is like feeling a rock...) Ok, yea, I am picky - but it is my life.

You will get them done again in 8-10 years. Keep that in mind. It is a life log investment. Not usually a once and done.

Bad scars, unnatural appearance, will affect your business. Everyone will be supportive of your decision. That's life. As stated earlier, find a great doctor. Do a lot of research. Each doctor has their style and specialty. What was good for one of your friends might not be good for you.

One other crude note - some women need boob jobs - well, as a distraction to other not so attractive features. The face pic, legs shot, and your charm seem to come through as stunning. It is a novelty in the business (guys will see you just to see your new ladies - but will they keep repeating because of that? No.). I say it is short lived entertainment if you have so many other positive assets. It can make you clothes fit better is what I hear from women (if they have other assets, that doesn't matter).

I was with a provider recently that I have probably spent about 20 or 25 hours with total so far. I always assumed that her breasts were natural until I asked last time. Low and behold, she was a small B but is now a full D. I was shocked to find out that they were fake. So if it is done correctly and in porportion, you can't tell. Yes, DD on a thin women don't look good so often. They scream "boob job".

I prefer enhanced, but I am one of the few and I still will see women who are A cups and like them just as much.

Of the last five women I have slept with, three had natural breasts and the other two implants.

If I was looking for a new provider to spend time with, I would not care if she had natural or man made boobs.

I doubt very much if it would damage your business.
For every guy who likes natural boobs, there are as many who like implants. And the majority dont care either way.

Do what you feel is best for You.

Remember it's not just about size.  To me it's more about feel.  The softer the better.  There are ladies out there with magnificent implants and there are ladies that suffer with bad jobs.  I've seen rock hard, misaligned, too sensitive to touch, big scars and after surgery complications.  Make sure you get a GREAT surgeon.

Are you going to let others dictate wether or not you choose to do something because they may not like it? If you want something go for it and damn the people who don't support your decision.

Can't say that I really have a preference. Implants are better then nothing there or saggies in my book.

They are ALL wonderful.  Large, small, perky, droopy, round, pointy, natural, enhanced....I love them all and worship them when given the chance for I am a breastaholic.

For every person who says to go one way (fake or natural), you'll find two to argue with him.  For every person who says 'go big or go home', you'll find small boob lovers to argue with him.  For every "stay soft" person there will be a "love 'em hard" person.  Bottom line is what do YOU want for YOU and then let the chips fall where they may. Yes, you have to be aware of whomever your target market is but there's a market for everything!

There are PLENTY of huge/fake boob lovers out there - Or I'd be broke!  In fact, the reality is that before my boob job I was having 4-5 hour dates/mo at the high average rate for my area ($350) and was a B/C cup.  After my first set (600cc = C-DD on me, depending on weight fluctuations), I'd see 10-20 at rates between $500/hr and 2hr/1100 (was in process of raising them during this time).  After I got my 1000's, my intro rates have been at 2hr/2k for 3 years now and my income has more than quadrupled since the 600's.  So don't let the small/natural boob lovers distract you from the fact that a tiny fame with huge fake boobs is majorly attractive to plenty of guys... and guys who aren't shy about laying out money either.  

I'm sure there are some small/natural boob lovers out there who have the means and part with it easily as well.  I've just never been a small boobie girl so I would know nothing about that.  

It wouldn't be too hard to cross reference rank/cup size and rate to see which segment was the most profitable in terms of income and "like-ability"... so I'm guessing this was just a great way to get boys to go look at your pics.  Good job!  It worked!    Now, go get your boobs (you know you want them!), raise your rates, work independently and make a mint!  xo

I know a girl who already had perfect natural B/C and got implants to a D cup.  I wanted to cry!
No reason to get them for 95% of the ladies but its always your choice.
