Planned out a week in advance, highly rated provider, good communication up to one hour before meeting and then craziness. She's constantly texting asking where I am (gave her my room number when I checked in). I'm texting back and asking if she needs me to come down (assuming she's having a problem finding the room)...no response. I'm calling...no response. Unbelievable. Guess I should have went with the other provider I was considering who had responded back on the previous thread (a little more expensive than what I wanted to pay but pretty sure she would have shown up). Well, I'm heading down to play in the casino then going to bed. I'm at SLS tomorrow (was at Cosmo tonight). Unfortunately, it'll be hard to know what my day looks like tomorrow. A lot of work functions after the convention.
And won't flake!! If you want to get together shoot me an email!
talk soon,
Ariel
If you're still looking I only need about a two hour notice
! I am reliable and fun
AND the lady's name is? Time to name the no-shows so the rest of us don't have the same problem -- that's one of the purposes of the board.
Thanks.
I agree. When you're in Vegas, or anywhere out of town for that matter, a lot of work goes into making these appts sometimes. It sux when ladies flake b/c they either want to go do something else or someone else at the last minute. I had heard of certain ladies that have been known as "The Group" and have had a post on these boards awhile back. However, not all ladies are accurate on the list based on my personal experience. ![]()
Ashley Marie. She's still leaving ridiculous text messages today with the one word..."hey". Apparently she can't talk on a phone. To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if she was friends with the woman that no-showed me last time and this whole thing was planned (yeah, a little conspiracy theory but it would make sense since I wrote a review stating the other provider no-showed me....that might have annoyed her, even though it was honest). I still think it's ridiculous that you can't simply do a review stating a provider no-showed you. It's beneficial to the clients and it's also beneficial to the good providers that don't pull stunts like that.
If you are not willing to be screened properly then you find providers who may show up or don't.
If you had a ncns last time it seems the problem is who you are picking and your research.
You had many providers who responded to your initial thread why not go with one of them whose reviews is not all over the place?Up your budget.

So a highly rated provider with tons of reviews and great comments shouldn't count for anything? And I agreed with the rest of your comment in my original post (you must have missed that part). Unfortunately, many of the ones that replied back were out of the price range I listed. Admittedly, you seem to be implying that their is a direct correlation between the price paid and the flake factor. So if someone pays say $500+, the provider won't flake, but if it's less than that, there's a good chance they will? I'm not quite following that one and I suspect there are many providers that might disagree with you on the causation (even one in this thread that appears to be highly reliable and very well liked but doesn't charge as much). Are you saying one needs to go with an agency instead of an independent (I think you might get some disagreement on that one too)? Please elaborate on the research you're referring too. Perhaps you can teach me something on how I should be using the advanced search (I did click the box that says "shows up on time") or some other techniques I never thought of . I'd greatly appreciate it.

A provider rate has nothing to do with if she will flake or not but her reviews might give you a hint if not consistent.
Key word might. But if this has happened to you more than once perhaps you need to revaluate your budget
A provider who is 500+ could be flake such as a 200hr provider.
Where did I mention in my post about independents and agencies?I never mentioned anything regarding that.
You are the one that said you should have saw another lady who probably would have not faked on you .
But she was a bit out of your budget.Your words.
Perhaps next time mention in your iso what your budget is.
Actually I did mention what my budget was in the original post I made on the topic roughly 4 weeks ago.
"A provider who is 500+ could be flake such as a 200hr provider"....I agree, but you said I needed to up my budget.
So far I'm not seeing any handy tips on how I should conduct my research, since you applied it must be me and that I wasn't doing a good job on it. Do you actually have any tips, other than the things I mentioned I already did? Again, it would be greatly appreciated.
I'm available for last minute appointments. I never flake & will always let you know if I can't make it.
its a shame when girls like me are searching for honest guys to leave me reviews , & the girls with the most are flaking handing out bad experiences . I've never been a flake , I'm new to the boards but certainly not new to the hobby....
