When I know for certain that I will be visiting, I will refer to a list of ladies that I already created.  I'll check their website to see if anything has changed, especially their rates. If the rate changed to dramatically, they come off the list.  I may see if someone new has entered the scene that may catch my attention.  I'll make whatever arrangement before I depart.

Once I'm there, then there is no plan B or C.  If they cancel, then I won't scramble for a last minute change/replacement.  I'll do something else that particular evening.  It also means that I won't try and make arrangements to see them on my next visit either.  

I have a list I'm working on now on.  From that list, I've seen a couple already.  That list is constantly changing, some are added, some are removed for one reason or another.  

...of Vegas providers that I wish to see.  I overnight in Vegas multiple times a year traveling from A to B so follow Vegas here on TER just as I do my local area.  I book usually 2 to 4 weeks in advance of when I'll be there from that short list or with a repeat favorite.  I've never been cancelled on last minute in Vegas, so haven't used any plan B, but I'm not a spur of the moment guy anyway.  Those on my short list meet criteria of:  attraction, rates within my budget, menu, and review perusal for a compatible date that could hopefully turn into a repeat, rather than a notch on the bedpost.

Usually there for multiple days and multiple ladies. So I need a list to keep me straight 😀
It gets changed often. As I am usually in town on business at the same time. So scheduling is tough and  
usually last minute. (or day of) but I keep in touch with the ladies I want to see that trip. Or new ones I meet each trip.
