I was noticing is last month when I put up an ad for Gina and put her in my top placement in that category.  Since Mya Chan dropped her spot a couple years ago, I think all the other placements are held by agencies.  I recently complained that it is overpriced for that category and they immediately offered to let me drop it and give me credit.  I know for a fact that there is a big waiting list for placements that is many years long.  In fact, they accidentally over sold it a few years ago and give me a $50 discount every month.  SO, tier 1 isn't 1-5, it is 1-6 and tier 2 is 7-11.
