Just because of Fosta bill the site doesn't open in USA you need to change the USA IP to see the site. TER is not dead but this bill rip some good sites.

Looks very dead to me (he's referring to the activity, Henslin).  I just popped in over the weekend (mostly because the greek god site is like working through a maze with little useful info and I'm wondering how long they will be up....and that will be it for any major sites).  I'm seeing very little activity here and most of the providers are gone from the review section (I see a couple of pages when I do a search with a Vegas area code...obviously no one will show up if you search the city).  I also think it's clear that your run-of-the-mill members aren't savvy enough to understand how to get into this site.

I believe this is the new normal and despite those that think somehow this bill will magically go away, I believe it is here for good.  Seriously, how can you even approach having it removed.  The people in favor of it will accuse you of being pro-trafficking (which is an absolute joke).  It hurts the clients who simply want to know what they're getting for their money and it will definitely hurt the providers.  Combine that with the simple reality that we will eventually have a recession (most recoveries max out at 10 years if history is an indicator), and this is not going to be pretty.  Right now, it's near impossible for an average player even to get a basic comp room in Vegas (the casinos have had a nice run).  It will change.  During the last recession, even the top properties were giving away rooms to your average player.  When the next recession hits, these conventions will settle down (just like last time), and the gamblers will be wooed again.

As for the providers, here is my prediction....

The girls that are good with marketing (despite the law) and figure out the puzzle to make it somewhat convenient for a client to see them will prosper.  A substantial amount of others will end up leaving the the industry and going to some run of the mill job to survive.  It's hard for me to imagine any other outcome than this.  Sites like TER and others made it very convenient for all of us to get together and for both sides to feel as though their needs are being met (instead of a fear for our safety or being ripped off).  Those days are gone.
