FYI
As of Friday the 8th Las Vegas will become a non smoking city.  McCarren airport is removing 8 smoking sections, and all venues that sell food must be smoke free.  I am not sure what the deal is with the casinos, but imagine it to be the same reguarding their resturants.

Since the casino industry has purchased our government several years ago, they were exempted from all laws they choose to ignore, and I believe this is one of them.

Just to be certain, we should meet up at that place we previously talked about and see if anything ignites!!!

are smoke free.  Basically the law applies to any place where kids can be.  If they don't have slot machines in the area, there is No Smoking.  Kind of is a bummer that Vegas of all places has turned into a California city.  What ever happened to SIN CITY???  No lap dances anymore, you can't smoke, wtf?  Next, they are going to ban gambleing.

What do you mean no more lap dances? I am going to be in Vegas in 2 weeks and was planning on taking some clients to Spearmint Rhino or CH2. Is it contact free dances now? Thats no bueno. Please tell me it isnt so.

Yep, it was just passed this past election.  There is no more physical contact.  That is why you should just have a private party...lots of women..

to the stuff about the lap dances.  No bumping and grinding.  No Booty in the lap or Boobies in the face.

I've been in there recently and rest assured, there are virtually no restrictions on contact.

that it will not go into effect, as planned.  Found this out yesteday.  Even if it were, it is likely NOT going to be enforced for a while if at all.

Metro is the law enforcement unit for the city of Las Vegas and unincorporated Clark County.

Clark County has a lap dance ordinance on the books.

City of Las Vegas has a looser version of that ordinance on the books.  (note: the former owner of Cheetah's and Jaguars (now Scores) was trying to get the city of Las Vegas to incorporate the land that Jaguars was built on to take advantage of the slightly looser lap dance ordinance that the city has.)

Metro's vice unit arrested dancers in the city of Las Vegas for what they believed to be violations of the ordinance.

Dancers fought in court, it went to the NV Surpreme Court, which effectively struck down the City of Las Vegas version of the lap dance ordinance.

Until the city passes a new lap dance ordinance, the county's version takes over (note: no strip clubs in Henderson or Boulder City; NLV has the Palomino, Satin Saddle, and Lacy's Lounge).

Does it really change anything?  The clubs in the city of Las Vegas now have to follow a slightly stricter ordinance but it's unlikely to affect legal lap dances in most clubs.

It's the friction, you know.  Guess my companion will just have to make like a magician, and smother the flames with her mouth!

As far as I know Lap dances are not affected unless the dancer gets you smoking from the croch aera . As to how far they will go , it depends on the girl , the $$$ , the bouncer , vice activity ETC ETC ETC

It would be nice if they had non-smoking sections of the casinos too, like some in Cali.

And let's face it, it's awfully convenient to go from the chair to a bed if a horizontal surface is needed.

Lap dances in hotel rooms rock. Even if it's not the club's good sound system and it's just a boom box. ;)

Of course, if you have the extra cash and don't mind dropping a few g's...

This is a $4000-$8000 per night suite, and they add a $1 per day phone fee...
