A warning to fellow providers and hobbyists alike..

I was attempting to visit a friend at The Signature today and was unable to do so, by no fault of my own!

Apparently, their garage is full and they are not allowing any unregistered or registered guests to valet....

Also, when I tried to call my friend at Signature, they did not answer their front desk phone after 4 attempts!

I don't know what's going on over there, but it truly was a bunch of malarkey that wasted an hour out of my day....and left both myself and my friend very disappointed!  ugh!

I've stayed at MGM many times, but never stayed at Signature...do they have valet there?

The two connect...it's a long walk, but you could've hoofed it from MGM.

I stayed at the Signature earlier this month, and this didn't seem to be an issue for my visitors. Maybe it was just a temporary problem or depends on the time of day. I hope so, because I like staying there, it's quiet and kinda off the beaten path.

We saw the Sting concert. Fantastic show.
The valet told me when I left on Saturday, that they had been turning people away who wanted to park. Even guests.

Call me crazy, but walking outside in 100 degree heat during the day with blazing sun isn't something I'm willing to do...especially from MGM...that's an enormous property!

First, I am jealous you went to that show...I was supposed to, but familial obligations kept me from going, so I had to give my tix away!  :(
I know it had to have been amazing....Sting and the Philharmonic Orchestra?!  Wow!  You are lucky!

Secondly, the security guard at the gate told me the same thing, and recommended parking at MGM and walking.....all that way in over 100 degree heat?!  No thanks....it's a shame...surely they must have some way of handling overflow valet parking....perhaps the economy and MGMs troubles are at play here....

I generally like that property and have never had an issue there....though I've received emails and PMs from Several others stating that they had the very same experience....it's too bad.

If you walk thru where all of the food court and little shops are you will come to a sign that says Signature and just follow the signs at some point you will need a card to get thru the door but there are always people going in and out .Its never a issue .Hope this helps

I do it all the time. I always park at MGM ( dont like dealing with valet , busy or not)  ;) and the walk I look as extra to my exercise routine.
Keeps the legs and butt really toned doing that walk in high heels :-)
it only takes me 10 minutes to walk.
Another tip just incase someone needs to know....
Monte Carlo has an indoor walk way to Aria , really cool and fast.
Stay tuned for more Vegas best kept secrets ;-)

But no more.

That place is so congested and crowded that it was like a circus. And the service suffered.

Ha Samantha Aria (City Center) is just as bad I had the longest longest walk clear across the parking garage to the tram and the to the client
well my dumb ass decided not to look where I parked and it was the biggest disaster ever
(I swore my car was on the 3rd floor but it ended being on the 1st hiding behind a wall)
I vowed  to never lose my car and try to park as close to the casino as i can (No its still doesnt work!)

That's absolutely how things work out here in LV most times....however, my friend requested that I did not call or text his cell, so that left me with only the option of ringing him at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the front desk failed to answer for either of us; he reported being on hold for over 15 minutes once they finally did answer...and, I was unaware of the inside walkway that connects MGM with Signature to gain access....and, we couldn't meet at the bar or lobby, as I could not get into valet...bummer all around!
