Okay so not my first trip to Vegas but some things have not gone as planned so need to find a rather good low key hotel that isn't all that suspicious. Well you know the drift. Where is the best place to stay while touring and only offering incall?

Reasonable rates, nice rooms, provider friendly.

Three blocks from the strip on Flamingo Rd. Many visiting ladies have used in the past.

I used to pay too much money to stay at a mid level hotel on the strip until Mr. Smarty told me about Tuscany.  Even I, the hotel snob, liked it!

Book it on Tripres.com to get the BEST price as it will be much lower than going directly to their site.

Good luck!

My thing is that yes I want them to mind their own business but I also want to be close to stuff so I have something to do when I'm not otherwise occupied. So far I may not be too occupied but hey, I still have nearly 2 weeks.

I was thinking either...

Hilton
Ritz on lake Las Vegas (don't know how close that is to the strip tho)
Imperial Palace
Tuscany
The Palms

My Main criteria is are they nosey? And how about the beds and linens?? I am not a hotel snob but I have very sensitive skin and better quality linens really do help. Gotta have fab beds.

FYI I'm not a brunette, this is a Wig, I really am platinum blond.

Hilton - OK but security is tight if you walk around alone and it is rather boring
Ritz on lake Las Vegas - Way way way too far
Imperial Palace - Yuck - low low low end
Tuscany - Mid range, OK and easy to work out of
The Palms - way too expensive

Try Treasure Island. I always stayed there before I found Tuscany.  It is a very nice hotel and connected by footbridge to The Wynn, The Fasionshow mall and also the Venetian.  No need for cabs or anything and lot's of places to go on your own w/o out hassle.

I always booked on either tripres.com or orbitz and got the best deals at TI.

They include tripres.com, but sometimes you can find cheaper rates elsewhere. Sidestep.com also does hotel comparisons, too, and between both of them they pretty much cover EVERY hotel in Vegas, and all the major travel sites.

The Ritz is WAY WAY WAY far out- 15 miles out past Henderson.

The Palms has nice beds. It can be expensive...or not, if you are staying there midweek or at the right time. I'm fond of the junior suites facing the Strip (if you can swing the new Fantasy Tower, do it- a $20 to the hotel clerk on checkin helps this).

I also am a huge fan of the Platinum (next door to the Tuscany), if you can get it for a decent rate.

A bonus is that ALL the suites have jacuzzi tubs and full kitchens, and they are 900+ sf. Very well suited for an upscale incall, and often less than other rooms on the Strip (the Tuscany will generally be cheaper, but it won't be as nice- the Platinum did have nice beds, too).

The IP is a dump. I'd stay away.

Wow just looking at the pictures I really like it. I'm not much of a gambler and the atmostphere is really nice. Do you think it would be a good place to stay or way too nosy?

it takes about 15-25 min to go from one end to the other

A dump to be sure, scurlous peeps hanging about, poor location.

It's nice if you like to listen to freeway traffic all night, and nothing in close proximity, without calling a cab.

Oh and don't think cabs are lined up there. lol
