FIV just isn't my thing. I don't mind using my finger (slowly) in and around those”sensitives” places, and maybe slightly in,of course my fingers must be moist or lube lightly, But fingers, be it 1 or 2 totally inserted, just seems so Jr High...you know when guys use to say “ yeah I finger banged her in the bleachers” (need to use your dumb jock voice). I dunno maybe it's me.

My main concern with bareback is that i don't want there to be any chance of seamen getting inside me. Since nothing is shooting out of your fingertips then I don't worry too much about that.  
With that being said, I love the fact that you use finger cots. I also am a stickler about clean hands. I am sure i have killed a few moods myself by stopping the makeout session to ask him to go wash his hands. FYI I go into the bathroom when I arrive and check to make sure that the soap has actually been opened and used. Unbelievable how many times the shower and sinks have not been used at all. I'll say, "Did the maid just leave?" And they say "no, she came earlier when I was out." OK, so that guys hands are not going anywhere near me.  
So, if your hands are clean and soft, ie your cuticles are not a wreck, then I don't mind being touched everywhere. I actually like it. But, the customer is always right. And if you tell me you don't want to do it then we skip that  part altogether. Communication is the key.

Fingers inside are a no-no.Touching in certain areas is okay but fingers inside not good for me.
The reason being is that like another provider mentioned that unfortunately a lot of guys do not understand their hands are dirty especially under their fingernails.

Is that something you think about regardless of who you are with? SO or client? Just curious. If you believe it is common to transmit germs from remotes and doors and keys etc, virtually everything you touch I guess, then that must bother you no matter who you are with sexually, I would guess.

Washing hands before the fun should be the norm especially if he wants to venture his fingers down below.
Some ladies are more sensitive than others and maybe some ladies could care less about if a guys hands are clean or not.But I am one who does.I don't think that is unrealistic at all.

Of course your concerns are real as far as abrasions, cuts, your damaged cuticles, etc. but it's still not the same as a bare penis. So don't do it, or cover your finger!

Really, I'm not judging you or anything. I totally get what you're saying. I just do NOT think about that sort of thing when I spontaneously have sex. Would it if it were with a stranger? Probably more readily than someone i was familiar with, yes. But that's not really spontaneous at ALL. That's planned. So if you come to the plate in a planned situation with dirty anything, yeah that's something I would think would be bothersome.

Yes. I think about clean/dirty hands with everyone, not just because they are clients. Even if i were married I'd expect him to wash his hands with soap before touching me down there.
