I realize that sometimes we, as women, do not always approach a negative situation with a male in a way that will get a positive response. I have great difficulty with that one myself, but have been trying to be delicate in a situation that has dragged on for quite some time.
I am to the point of where I am thinking maybe a 3rd party hobbyist could get more of a response in inquiring what his side of the story is. I do know that it is always good to investigate a situation before black listing someone, and of course, I do not want to go to such lengths if it isn't necessary. But I haven't received a response from this gent in many months now and I at least deserve something, but haven't even recieved so much as an apology.
I sent him an email this evening telling him I was done waiting on him to respond with a solution and gave him 48 hours to respond, and at such time if he still chooses to ignore this, I will have to list him as a bad hobbyist and do my best to prevent other women from being duped by him.
I did post this on the PO board and have got some feed back and encouragement to out the gent, but I don't' want to do that until all possible avenues have been explored. I was hoping that someone here might be in a position to pinch hit for me on this one and help to resolve a situation before it does go to a public outing. Those are never pleasant, and usually start drama that I don't' want to be considered the source of.

I'm not sure about pinch hitting, but you have created somewhat of a rhetorical question and answered it in the last paragraph. You are right in that it is "never pleasant, and usually start drama".
This sounds like this guy did something quite bad, though you have not explained the source of your anger and why he needs to be black listed. I suggest you lean in that direction from the beginning weighing the severity of what he did against you.
Bringing an outing of a hobbyist to a public forum can never be a good outcome for you in the long run. Hobbyist, be they good ones or bad come and they go (no pun intended). But YOUR business is here for the long term. Always consider that as well. Depending on the severity of this persons actions and if he is a TER member you might want to take it up with Admin here. TER is no place for a really, really bad man.

I always appreciate your input friend, and probably should have just called you instead of posting this, but I know you are busy with your own boards.
I have not put down the facts of the entire situation, of course it would not be a good idea, I wanted to put out enough info to ask for help, and also attempt to let him know that I am serious about this. I have tried to contact him many times, and very nicely too, about working out some kind of a resolution. He has NEVER responded. I did give him 48 hours to respond, so the clock it ticking. Apparently he doesn't care?
What do I do here? There is another provider involved and that is being dealt with on the PO board. This is a very messy situation and I have done my best to sweep it under the rug but it's not working for me.
You have to do what you think is right, but what you describe seems to be strictly financial. I'll stipulate that the guy is a jerk and should be blacklisted. That said, I'd disagree with outing. Sometimes in any business you get screwed, but your comment on outing would cause me to scratch you off my list.
