I am treating my beautiful cousin to a fabulous dinner this following weekend in vegas, and I want to know THE BEST STEAK HOUSE so we can have a memorable time!

My top strip spots... Charlie Palmer Steak (Four Seasons)...
Delmonico Steakhouse (Venetian)...Craftsteak (MGM)...
off strip... n9ne steak (Palms)
downtown...vic and anthony's at the Golden Nugget...
old school vibe and great food... and Oscar Goodman's joint at the Plaza
BUT...
Texas De Brazil... a meat lovers heaven is a total experience in
"new las vegas" on the south strip in town square... bacon wrapped filet mignon..
the salad bar is amazing... lobster bisque everyday...
fifty bucks a head... but for all you can eat, about as good a value as
the bellagio buffet with their venison and other exotic meats

- Botero (Encore)
- Cut (Palazzo)

Hope you will find a good one

Can't beat the SW Steakhouse at the Wynn! If you ask/wait for a patio table (yes- they do have space heaters to keep you warm) and you can watch the waterfall show (and it's a different one every 30 min) while you dine!

I just went to Jean Georges Steakhouse at the Aria has wonderful steaks!!
I got the ribeye I believe it was 18oz.They also offer an australian aged kobe steak and some other steaks as well.
The food was amazing as the side dishes on their menu they have truffle potatoes that are a must.
I would also have to agree SW Steakhouse in the Wynn is another one of my favorites.
I also liked Kokomo's in the Mirage it is Steak & Seafood I like the theme of the restaurant it resembles the rain forest.
One more place I have to agree with another reply Texas De Brazil all you can eat meat with many different side dishes to choose from.I had a gent take me there once and I have been back many times since.If you try Texas De Brazil have to try the side dish the sauteed mushrooms are very good!
All this talk of steaks has me hungry now.lol

3 come to  mind..Gallaghers at NYNY, Delmonico at Venetitian and my favorite Joe's Stone,seafood Steak at Ceasar's palace in the forum shops..

I have always like Smith and Wollenski's on the strip. Carnevinos in the Palazzo and have not been there in years, but Golden Steer used to be awesome, but it has been over 5 yrs ago

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House has great steaks and great seafood. I have tried other Strip places that are very good (if not excellent) , but this Paradise Road restaurant get's my vote.
