I have the same issue.  Don't know what I did to get put on moderation........I think I was posting links to girls sites that don't have the TER logo.  I tried something with Samantha G's site by writing it out instead of making a direct http link and it went through. (hehe)

Me being moderated seems to bother LJ more than it bothers me.  She was unhappy that by the time the picure of her and Nikki went up it was already most of the way down the page.  But that was partialy because I had to send the picture to Outback and wait for him to upload it first.  Then he had to e-mail me the URL and then I was ready to make my post.  It would be cool if we could upload pictures onto the TER server.

Yep, the regulars get posted pretty much as they type it, but us newbies (or infrequent posters) have to have each post read & approved by a moderator before it goes up.
From our standpoint it kinda sucks, but I can see where it keeps this a happier place to only give "free reign" to the people who have proved they can play nice...
You will likely see this sometime tomorrow :^)

Every new person to TER and the boards begins a being moderated. Typically not looking for BTK killers or anything, just people who like to play kindly, not flaming or inciting riots like I do sometime.

I was having a worse problem a long time ago. I did not even know people were moderated. WTF is that? Then I made a similar request to the mod as you have and bada bing, I was unmoderated.

I'm sure the Mod saw some of my posts and/or thread and determined I was not a threat.

Warning though. You can fall into moderated status again just a quickly if your don't pay The Meal Ticket his monthy stipend
