Personally I always ask the provider to count her donation before she departs my room.

Even though I always count the amount I put in the envelope twice, I still like to be sure she checks so there are no mistakes or misunderstandings.

I would be so embarrassed if she left, and then returned, or called saying the donation was short.

So if your a client do you like the lady to check the donation before she leaves.?
And providers, do you like to check the donation before you leave.

I require a 50% deposit to book & the remaining amount upon arrival.  I always count the $ this is business.  I hear stories all the time of other prividers who trust clients only to be given a shortage of $$ when checking the envelope once the client leaves.

You can not cry about it after, so why not count it while the client is still their in case there was a miscommunication, or he failed to read your website?

I have heard providers give extra time assuming the envelope was secure with their tribute only to find less, than what was expected after wasting extra time with VIP whitelisted members for a super low rate.  Hopefully, they get a great review...

I am not sure why any provider would not take their business seriously & count the $ when the client is present.

My feelings are mixed. First I make sure she doesn't forget it. As far as counting it, I prefer she do it in private, like in the room where she got it. At times I find it offensive to count it in front of me. Also makes it feel business-like. I mean the experience should feel real. Also if you carefully counted before putting the donation in the envelope, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't feel confident the right amount is in there. If one doesn't feel confident after double counting, then there are other problems...

I usually count mine in private before I leave the client and have never had any issues with being shorted. Though I am new to this so who knows, I am sure that will happen at some point. If it does I will not have to come back to the room to ask for the rest because I will still be there. It makes sense for me

there is a way to do it so everyone is comfortable.
Very discreetly check the envelope not in front of the guy that is a little tacky imo.
I do check it always you just hear way too many times about providers being shorted on a donation.
The guy leaves her room or she leaves him checks the envelope and find she is shorted or just paper filled envelope with no money.
I always check only twice was the donation not right but it was obviously a miscount issue no worries guys made it right

But by having her check the donation in the room, its best for both parties IMO.

Yes if your unlucky and the lady you see is crooked, she could easily remove some of it without you seeing, but I cant imagine there are many providers who would do this, so you would have to be very unlucky to pick one who does.

Don't know why people complain about providers counting the cash in front of them.
It is a business you know.

After all, you don't go to Walgreens and buy a basket load of stuff, then give the cashier a envelope and walk out before she has counted it, do you...lol

I put down cash on the table in the amount in large bills easy to count, so we both see it both are happy.

A gent hum was rather shady from the start, but a flower in the envelope ! UGH. AND I went back to his house with my music blasting at 11 pm...and got my money !

I have never had a problem other than him. Most gents I seem to see would not dare on purpose risk the attention of someone coming back to the room, and they all seem to have been perfect gentleman. Weather its in the bathroom, laying on the counter, given after, etc... I never worry about it.

Based on the posts that you have written and I have read, I am guessing it's your vibe.

I do because when I was new a guy came to see me was really nice and I was new to all this and never had a problem with anyone... So he puts the envelope down and i just figure it is ok, we get going and it is about 45 min and i tell him and he says something about me rushing him and he paid for an hour... I was just giving him a heads up. he ends up leaving and he i check the envelope there is a check in there I was so upset! I callhim and he says that his friend gave him that check for rent and he is going to cancel it! i was so upset omg so from then on I prefer no envelope and for the gent to just put it in plain site or when he goes to use the restroom to freshen up check it and put it away! There are ways around not being tacky but yeah that is why I check because you never know...  

Also after the experience, I have had gents come and try to give me fake $ but seeing as how i count my $ and check it they never get too far! lol but it is good for ladies to check because even though most gents are gentlemen, a lot are jerks/scammers/con artists/trying to get over!  

So if a lady checks her $ dont be put off just understand that she doesnt want to be used for her time like i was once!
