Lynette Marie: No Show/No Call

I set up an outcall appointment via P411 with Lynette Marie for last Wednesday (3/27).  We exchanged several emails, and I gave her directions to my somewhat-isolated hotel.  All seemed OK until a few hours before the appointed time, when I received another message from her, stating that she had to cancel.  There were no excuses, but she said she hoped she could make it up to me at some point in the future.

As luck would have it, I had to return to Las Vegas this week.  So, I contacted her and once again we made arrangements to meet – on this Wednesday (4/03).  More emails were exchanged and all seemed fine again.  Lynette Marie even commented on how glad she was that she’d be able to make amends for last week’s cancellation.

On Wednesday afternoon,   I checked in and sent her my room number.   But she didn’t respond.  I emailed her again after a couple more hours, asking her to confirm – but I received no response whatsoever.  It’s been over 24 hours now since the scheduled time for our second appointment, and still no communication from her.

So, you may want to think twice prior to scheduling with Lynette Marie

but there are two sides to every story, and before hearing her account, its hard to be to critical.

If you read her last review, it says she got very sick and had to cancel, although she did turn up at the rearranged date, and gave an extra 30 minutes for free to make amends.

Perhaps she just gets sick a lot.

Perhaps she had second thoughts.

Perhaps she lost your number.

Perhaps, lots of things.

Let us know if you gets back to you, and the reason/s why she was a no show, times two

They don't like situations like that and they will investigate the issue. Hopefully they will find a resolution of the issue or keep a closer eye on her activity and consider her suitability for a site like P411.

While I'm sorry for your experience... I have to say the amount of times this happens to providers compared to you guys is not even worth comparing.

We aren't "allowed" to do this and let alone "out" you guys publicly for doing it.  So, you saved some money.  Boo hoo.  We lose money when and if we do that and ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S DONE TO US.

So, give me a break.

Maybe I'm a big asshole here, as usual but I have a point and quit whining.  Honestly, your first clue should have been the no response from your emails asking her to confirm.  Really?

Ash

You do NOT have a big asshole!!   You've got a very nice cute little ass, jest sayin'......

As for the OP, Welcome to the hobby.   Here's one word you've got to learn....."Next!"

Ol'D is right on all counts.. About the nice ass and.........NEXT!!!

I think it is perfectly fair for the OP to tell of his NCNS experience.  It is precisely what all hobbyists encourage other hobbyists to do, in the same way that Providers have black lists they can reference. So I am glad he mentioned his experience and I hope he will tell us of any resolution.

Thanks for supporting me, Ashley.  You are so spot on when you mention how his first clue should have been not receiving a confirmation.  *sigh*  Miscommunications occur far too often in this arena of our lives.

Big hugs to you.

..for maintaining high standards.  I have been on P411 for a few years and I know how seriously they take unprofessional behaviour, ripoffs, etc...  on both ends (both patrons and companions.)

I moderate a discussion board so I understand the importance of maintaining only members who are "suitable" and highly respect P411 for practicing the same

That is unprofessional and really no excuse for something like that.  Sorry it happened to you sweetie.

Sincerely...

*Kendall*

...but not until after I had submitted my post to this board.

She apologized, and said she had a personal emergency come up.  She also said she wasn't able to access emails on her phone, so she couldn't contact me.

She apologized again and said she felt terrible about it, especially since I had given her a second chance.
Finally, she offered to see me again.   But considering what happened, the fact that there are so many wonderful other ladies in Las Vegas, and since I already left town, I'll pass.

I guess I should point out that other boards of which I'm a member actually encourage hobbyists to post notices of their NCNS experiences.  Some even have sections specifically designed for such.  The etiquette for such postings normally requires a 24-hour cooling-off period prior to posting, to allow the provider to make contact and provide an explanation of any extenuating circumstances.   I observed that rule here, even those no such requirement exists.

These other boards also encourage providers to make posts about any negative experiences they have with hobbyists - as they certainly should do.  Some boards also have "Provider Only" sections for just that purpose.

It's unfortunate that TER won't accept "no show - no call reviews".  It would also be appropriate for TER to provide some venue for providers to discuss the problems they encounter with hobbyists.

Are you listening, TER

Thanks, Ol_Des, for letting me know that this thread exists.  I really don't check in here that often and when I do, it's usually just to check for my DMs.

I'm a bit crestfallen to see that you chose to post this on a general discussion board rather than to email or phone me directly.  I understand you wanting to "warn" others about your experience with me, but to bring it up on a general board seems a bit...well...as a friend who read this thread with me tonight said, "It seems like he's just trying to hurt your reputation."

Nonetheless...

Everybody has life issues come up once in a while.  When patrons can't show up for me--even when I've flown across the country to spend a golf weekend with them--I ALWAYS forgive them and show compassion for whatever it is they're going through.  Perhaps it's a health complication, a fight with a spouse, an issue with their child or their dog passing the Rainbow Bridge.  Whatever the reason, I never judge, I never hold a grudge and I certainly don't gossip about them.

That said, all I can do is apologize once again.  I have established a solid reputation in the demimonde amongst my peers, patrons and fellow activists/academics, so for this to have happened is very rare.  I can't change my circumstances.

I hope that some day your heart will soften to others who provide you with companionship.  We are not pizzas, we are not plastic dolls or actresses.  We are human beings with real lives, families and feelings.

Namaste

I responded to you, trimmers, a few days ago before I learned about this thread.

Nice try, trimmers.  But none of your too-late ass-covering would have been necessary if you'd waited just a bit longer before taking a very public dump on a nice lady's reputation.  I've met Lynette and she's a sweetheart.  You jumped the gun, and also failed to imagine there are a lot things that can happen in this game on both sides.  Your so-called "24 hour rule" sounds reasonable, but isn't.  Perhaps you've figured that out by now.
PS:  With all your reviews, can you possibly not be aware that TER does, in fact, have a Providers Only board?  Not to mention a Reviewers Only board?  Sheesh!

there no excuse for that bs from either side how else are we supposed to know about this kinda thing
