Tall girls cool to us shorter guys? I think so.

Im just over 5'8", and girls 5'9", or taller seem to prefer guys taller than them. A girl 5'9" with 4" heels is about 6'1", and I come up to their nose. Ive always noticed American girls insist on dating, or even providing for guys taller than them. I was turned down by a provider in San Diego, because she was 5'll".
Ive been to London many times, and have never seen so many tall girls (basketball scouts love em). Yet,a majority of the tall girls had shorter boyfriends. I seldom see a girl taller than her boyfriend in LV.
At single groups, I dont approach taller girls, as I know I will be rejected at "hello". Even many of the provider girls seem to prefer taller guys.  Well, thats my observations over the years.  Thats myy opinion, whats in your wallet?

Awww c'mon buddy!  With that kind of attitude of course you're going to be rejected!!! Jeeeez! So what if you're only 5'8"?  If you carry that kind of self-image baggage, you might as well be 4" tall.

I'm just over 6'2" and while there are benefits to that; it's not always fun! Try thinking of all the positive things that a person of your stature has. For one thing ... clothing.  You're the average size; I'll bet that when you shop you always can find a great selection in your size.  I have to special order shoes and gloves.  Anoher example?  They make airline seats especially for guys like you!  And the same goes for car seats.  You probably haven't ever had the pleasure of tyrying to squeeze behind the wheel of a sports car.

If you think small, you will be small. Choose to be tall my friend!  If that dumb bimbo in SD passed you up because of your height, realize that it's her loss and your gain!

That's my opinion.

Totally agree with ClubJeffe. As I am a tall 5'1" and I usually date taller woman. I've never had one turn me down. I just depends on your attitude and how you present your self. Good things come in small packages too. I don't limit my self and if some one is too "short" sighted to not see my potential then it is their loss. Keep it cool and just have fun.

I'm 5'4" and I love taller women.  And for some reason, they love me!

Everyone has their own "cup of tea" or inkling of their ideal partner...many times this is erased when personality comes into play and illuminates the individual for who they truly are.

In my experience, men that may have been attractive at first glance may very well be jerks in disguise...

I try not to judge a book by it's cover and am able to find something desirable in most people.  Height and other things that are a result of genetics don't usually put me off.  I treat gentlemen as kings unless they give me a reason not to, regardless of their stature.

I have received correspondence with some hobbyists who say they'd love to see me....if only I weren't 5'9"... or, some who ask me not to wear heels... I suppose everyone has their own level of comfort as well.

I don't think you have anything to fret over...and it seems most LV Ladies are extremely non-discrimanatory and welcoming....so relax and smile and enjoy!  :)

I'm 5'3", so in range of some of the other posters.

It's never been an issue for me to be honest. My "lack of height" is just not something I even think about.

I actually was on a plane once talking to a woman next to me, in first class of all places.  For whatever reason, I happened to mention how tall I was.  She was very surprised and thought I was kidding at first.

About the only time I really notice is when a picture of me is taken with other guys.  Then I just look at it and think, "Oh I am short" and just laugh.

I've actually somewhat started seeing someone recently.  She's probably 3-4 inches taller and it's sure not an issue with her.

At 5-4, I can say with authority that height is not an issue here.  There is a particular friend from Phoenix that has six inches on me in that department...only the best of memories, and they are many.  Looking back, there was a porn star that was even taller...the looks we got at bars in NYC were priceless.

Seriously, get over your insecurities.  At 5-8, you should have no problems in civvie world, let alone the hobby.

I might have a little bit of a problem if a guy was shorter than me but then again I'm only 5' tall - lol.  Everybody is taller than me!

I dated a guy once who was 6'11" tall - we would get the same funny looks - guess I looked like a little kid with him - it raised a few eyebrows too!  So I suppose it could go both ways! Short with tall, tall with short.  It really shouldn't matter as long as you are comfortable with each other and you have fun together.
