Las Vegas hotel advice

I bet all you locals in Vegas are tired of people asking for advice on here, but I'm gonna do it anyway.
I will be going to Vegas with a friendnext month.  We will see a couple of providers while we are there and I have done my homework on that.
But, what hotel can we stay in that will have some nice looking women hanging around. We are in our late 30's, and seperated from our wives. I'd prefer to be on the strip, something with a good pool and good bars to hang out in.
Thanks in advance for the advice.

I visit LV 5 or 6 times a year.  The past 2 visits, and the one coming up in 2 weeks, have been spent at Luxor.  The bar in front of the RA disco, after about 10PM, has any number of working girls hovering about.  All shapes, sizes, colors.  Some girl next door types, and some real slutty looking ones.  Tall, short, thin, thick, take your pick (hey, that rhymes!).  They will usually ask for astronomical $$$$$, thinking you came to Vegas via turnip truck from Iowa or some place.  (Please I'm not flaming Iowans).  You need to be up front and tell them what you want, for how much time and how much you're willing to spend.

I've also recently been to Harrah's and the Flamingo.  Same observation as above.

There was one poster who indicated that the girls at Mandalay Bay were asking for bigger $$$$ and not willing to negotiate.  I somehow get the feeling that the more upscale the hotel, the more they'll ask.  Pretty obvious, I think.

Just my .02, again.  Have great fun.

...I'm really just curious which hotel has the best "regular" girls(for lack of a better term).  As I stated, I have some providers lined up.  I'm looking for a place where bachlorette party girls, married women away from husbands, young party girls and the like hang out.
I have heard that the Flamingo pool party is a good place.

Pools:

Mandalay Bay has that "beach" which is pretty cool.  Probably get access to it if you stay at the Four Seasons as well.

MGM Grand, just because it's probably the biggest (in terms of number of hotel rooms).

Bellagio and Venitian are probably good choices as they are two of the most recent casinos to open up on the strip.  Alladin wouldn't be a bad choice either but they do have debt problems (and new owners are bidding on the property).

Tropicana has a good pool (also has swim-up blackjack).

Pretty much any "upscale" property would work (Paris, Bally's, Treasure Island, Mirage, Caesar's Palace, Monte Carlo, NYNY to name a few).

Off strip, the three main choices are Hard Rock, Rio, and the Palms.

On the north end of the strip, Stratosphere has been advertising a pool party on Thursday evenings with water volleyball between two dancer teams (from the local gentlemen's clubs).  Women free with free drinks 6-8pm, men $10 with first beer free.

LV Hilton has a pool party with everything included (open bar?/food/entertainment) for $40.  Forgot what night of the week it was.

Oh, and there's Wet n Wild near the north end of the strip :-)

My friends and I (all mid twenties) always stay at Mandalay Bay. We will not stay anywhere else. It's a beautiful hotel with lots of beautiful young people.

It sounds like you're not really looking for any bar action, you just want to look at some civilian eye candy. Then your best bet would be Mandalay Bay or the Hard Rock (not on the Strip, but close).

My votes go to the Hard Rock and the Palms.  Those 2 places just seem to attract beautiful people.  The Pink Taco in the Hard Rock is a nice place with good scenery for Happy Hour.  Even Mr Lucky's cafe has a pretty good looking staff working there.

The Hard Rock had the best looking women (staff and customers) that I've seen in Vegas that weren't dancing in a strip club.

I didn't comment on the Palms because I haven't had the opportunity to visit it but I have heard they attract the same kind of crowd as the HRH.

On the strip .. Mandalay Bay, Luxor ... Off the strip . Rio, Palms, and Hard Rock Cafe ........

Hard Rock! Eye candy is amazing.

Hey they even have web cams, so you can check out the action from the privacy of your own computer (be sure and check out the pool cams).

Yes i agree that the hard rock at either baby's or the circle bar for eye candy, as well as the palms...At Palms goto rains....As far as working girls, MGM.

I just moved here..its been about a month..but my two cents...and I would say Mandalay Bay..is by far the nicest..low key as far as security...but tons of cool people hanging out...I am usually one of them :)
