getting tired of the 9s and 10s for .....

really getting tired of the constant 9s and 10s being given to every single girl so many see .. in addition being handed out so easily.     recently i met a TER woman with lots of 9s and 10s ...probably about 40 .. terrible complexion, entire acne pock mocked face combined with a very average middle aged figure.   Big breasts alone do not make a 9/10 ...now her performance yes  a 9 easily but thats why performance and appearance are graded separately.  

i think all the guys need to take a step back and start grading accurately as was done before say 2008.    

now i realize beauty is in the eye of the beholder and maybe some guys think B cups are hot and another thinks DD but there must be some general standards.    tonight is the oscars .. please let me know how many movie stars / red carpet women have bad complexion with fluffy figures.  

either that or some guys are just so thrilled to see any girl naked the girls gets a 9 ... sad.

But to your rant/point, I know, one mans 10's is someone else's 8...It's an imperfect system and some guys fall into the whole 10's thing. But really, whatcha gonna do?? This issue has been beaten worse then the Lakers....

You said you haven't written lower-score reviews out of fear of backlash!!!  You can't complain about it if you are doing it!  There's lots of reasons for the excess of 9 and 10 scores the last two or three years and you are a victim of one of them.

Write more honest reviews yourself instead of complaining.  
We all know about fake reviews and nobody can do anything about it.
If you do not like lady's apearance just send her home.
If she look ok, but performance sucks do not hasitate to write review.
Yes, Natasha is unbelivable, I met her too.  
It is hard to find somebody as good, but keep looking

here about a not so good session and say they will review but do not.
It seems as soon as ter created a top 100 list it really got out of hand.
I understand 9's or 10's depending on each individual's taste but rows upon rows of 10 after 10 looks very suspicious.
Or an escort who is new with a very high price point racks up 10/10 and is listed in the top 100 list within  only a month or two of being a member here.
From what I hear there is a site where some escorts can buy reviews from"what appears to be a established guy".Alot of shenanigans going on that is so blatant but many guys turn a blind eye.

So I can understand why the scores are high in Las Vegas.
It's so many beautiful woman here and as long as the person is being honest.
I really don't get what the issue is, with all the talent here.

I had met a lady that told me not to write her a review if I can't give her a 9 or better. She said it will ruin her business. My buddy told me that some girls will put you in a blacklist if you write a poor review on them. Wonder anyone experience this in Vegas?

that's been my exact same experience, as she leaves several girls have said if you aren't going to give me a 9 or 10, don't post. well a girl who is worthy of a 9 or 10 knows and doesn't need to say that !  

10 years ago getting an 8/8 was considered respectable ...  what i do now is check the review history of every reviewer.   if someone gives 10/10 or 9/10 to everyone i ignore their reviews

This is clearly a very competitive industry, amplified by the fact we are in Vegas. We definitely have more talent here than other cities. I danced in Phoenix before and I remember some girls I worked with would fly to Vegas on the weekends and come back with tons of cash  
Sunday night. Vegas is known for its anything goes atmosphere, which makes it an even better area to either hobby or work as a provider. Because of increased competition and potential to make money (thank you conventions!!) I think a lot more providers do more for their business here in Vegas than other places (i.e. We are more willing to spend more on photography, websites, hair, make up, etc.) I know a couple ladies that get their make up professionally done for new engagements while they're in town, but back home they don't. Maybe it's the competition also that makes ladies fearful of scores lower than a certain number, but simply because a provider asks you not to post a review, doesn't mean you can't. Please also keep in mind that there really is no need for a Top 100. It's a TER created convention that has helped the site, I feel, gain noterity. Women feel pressured to compete for a top position...clients potentially get better services...and escort boards continue making money...

Seriously, I get the OP frustration. My standards are fairly high and others aren't. It's a battle in this  hobby. I personally think there needs to be more complex average or total or someotherconvultednameforaprovidorsrating. While complex, with a little programming the site admin could create a normalized rating that takes into account the following info:

     1). The reviewers total number of reviews
     2). The average score he has awarded
     3). The average of the providers he has reviewed.

If a reviewer always gives 9's and 10's even on girls who have an average of say 7 it could mathematically be reflected in the scores. Academic papers and references to those papers are handled in a similar manner. Papers that are cited more often get high scores etc. Basically a ranking algorithm.
