Hotels with no security check, early check-in, and great casual dining

Any recommendations? It would be nice if it's near the strip and a 4+ stars hotel.

Both offer limited or no security and many dining options directly in the hotel or in the attached shopping mall connecting to the Luxor (try the Burger Bar). As for early check in that will vary. I was there last week and was able to check in no problem at 1:30PM

te Carlo.  I've checked in early for no fee, as long as the room is available.  Yea, perhaps not a 4 star, but dang decent and a great value, IMO!    Middle of strip with a tram to Bellagio and City Centre.  No security.

I haven't seen much of any security there, ladies walking around and somewhat very friendly. Although I normally check in around 10:30am I sometimes get hit with a early check in fee, $30.00. Sometime you can BS your way around it.
And there's alot of restaurants in or around, the Forum Shops,and in the hotel.
Alittle pricey but if you have the Total Rewards card you could find some discounts there.
