It depends what you are looking for. Planet Hollywood and Hard Rock are more of a younger (21-30) crowd, Luxor & Baily's are dated and the Monte Carlo is pretty quiet. I don't know much about Treasure Island. My favorites are the Rio, MGM and NY, NY for moderate prices. Then of course the Wynn, Trump and Signature for an upscale stay. The one I would suggest would be Hard Rock but it is a party crowd. Next I would say Planet Hollywood.

Of course it all depends on what type of room you secure at one of these hotels, but here's my list from fave to least fave given your choices:

**Hard Rock (new HRH tower; great rooms/suites;
Rare 120 is phenomenal, lots of activity, people watching, and fun in hotel)

Planet Hollywood (rooms are nice and new; Love Koi for sushi; good shopping in Miracle Mile)

TI (there are some rooms that were remodeled w/in the last few years that are quite nice; good location on strip)

Monte Carlo

Luxor

Bally's

among those I would stay at the Hard Rock. Honestly, the one you picked are not that great.

and the reality is that the ladies would come to any one of them to see someone.   I've stayed at Treasure Island, the Monte Carlo and Ballys, all were clean and nice.
