Hotel Quality

In the past, I've looked at my hotel room mainly as luggage storage while I gamble and resented spending money on amenities I didn't need that I could blow in the casino.  When I have felt the urge, I've preferred providers with incall locations.

As I get older, maybe I would rather pay a little bit extra for a more comfortable setting to engage in some fun.  I know some women say they prefer upscale hotels in their ads and I wonder where the dividing line for upscale is.  For others, which hotels are dealbreakers?  Guys, what hotels would you feel uncomfortable bringing a woman to?  I think the only hotels I've stayed in where it would have felt weird were the Hotel Apache and Golden Gate.  Is the Mirage really that much better than Bally's?

I like a hotel like the Orleans because the rooms are spacious if dated and maybe the ample free parking might be desirable for escorts who drive themselves.  I like The D (and I hope ladies like the D :) ) because it's convenient and I sometimes get free rooms (with no resort fee on comped rooms!).  I stayed at Excalibur once and didn't hate it even though a lot of people make fun of it.  (My policy on hotels is the same as women.  I like variety and trying new things, but I occasionally return to old favorites.)
