I think you are on the wrong track as most reputable providers do not walk the bars and casino for obvious safety reasons
That's true, bar walkers are everywhere in Vegas if you looking for scam artists and a sloppy lying GFE or thief even ... Thats why I decide to move to a city like NYC this nov 2 where the consumers get on the internet and do his home work before calling me to come over . Plus , I like to stay connected to my clients , maybe a few that want to be my friends , my financial planners, my doctors, my dentist,my lawyer, ...a highly transient city like Vegas, hard to manage my contacts list on my phone 
and i have PDA phones , 3 of them...I am still a mess ...good luck with your search , dear ...you got a lot of beautiful options here in this town .
Hookups on the casino floor do happen.
On the other hand, you might end up getting dizzy during your appointment and waking up in the morning having your room cleaned out, because the lady you saw put something in your drink.
Or you might get half-hearted service, or a request for "tips" halfway through.
Or she might grab your wallet while you go to the bathroom and run out the door.
Personally, I think you should save the gambling for the craps or blackjack table, but, hey, if having no idea of what you will get is part of the thrill for you, more power to you.
The odds are strongly against you. Some of the lobby girls can look pretty good especially when the little head takes over.
There are many great reviewed ladies that you can get to know in advance in all budget and service ranges.
If a lady has multiple reviews, read them all throw out the high and the low and the occasional wierd one and you will know exactly what to expect at what price and you will not be drugged or have your possessions stolen.
Many of these great ladies have reviews going back several years.
These young, beautiful and especially sexy ladies continuously walk the floors sometimes perching on an aisle penny slot seat so they can scan the crowd passing by, using plenty of hot eye contact and a perfect smile. Some are so f**king desirable that it is hard to say no.
My advice to you is......... " Just say no ".
These ladies are good at what they do, and what they do is lure a sucker upstairs for a fee and a promise. Once in the room it becomes a game of wits. You will find the starting fee is usually a 500 promise but once behind closed doors quickly becomes 1000. If your a type that enjoys 20 minutes max of very clinical wham bam thank you ma'am which limits touching, absolutely no kissing, forget about daty and sometimes not even a smile..... then go for it.
If you go for it you will pay her immediately after entering the room. Once this is accomplished... DO NOT... leave her to take a shower. DO NOT... leave her alone with your pants pockets, jewelry you have removed or the combination to your room safe. Before she leaves check your phone to see that it is still plugged in. This can be a sure sign that she got you for something.
Lastly, sure you can meet a classy provider in the hotels. I bumped into one of the ladies on this site in the hotel lounge on my last trip. I also met an utr provider by the pool that owns a large escort website that many of the ladies on this site advertise through.
It is possible to get lucky but not probable.

That being said, I did meet someone on the casino floor one time and had a great time with her. I think she just happened to be walking by as I was "coloring up" my chips. As I walked away from the table she started walking along side me talking to me.
However, had I not been indulging in the complimentary cocktails while I was gambling, I probably wouldn't have done it.

There is a small chance you could meet a good provider on the casino floor. There is a HUGE chance you will meet LE, or a rippoff. Why take the chance when there are so many quality providers here on this board. Read reviews, pick one or a few, make an appointment before you get to town.

The approach that you seem to prefer is the exact way NOT to do it. You are setting yourself up for the experience you wish to avoid. You have not bothered to contribute to the board ...no reviews under your belt, so most will not be inclined to make specific recommendations...But, I suggest you buy a VIP and take advantage of us that do exchange info and take the time to submit reviews.... Check out the LV review board..You will find plenty of outstanding ladies you would be lucky to hook up with. Most would probably be willing to meet you in the hotel bar ....Actually one hot babe who has great reviews even responded to your post. I'd start with her !!
