To let you guys know: This provider ID 313964 absolutely flaked on me in early june. We had set up and confirmed a 2:30 in the PM. She calls at 2:00 and says she's been busy and can she come by at 4:30. I won't give you all the details. Suffice it to say that at 5:00 I finally called it quits and turned off the phone. Found out later that she had arrived at the hotel a few minutes later, more than 2 1/2 hours late, but I was so fried by that time that I was not set up to deal with her. She's highly rated and was not by any means rude or nasty - still, she managed to just about ruin the day!
I have a meeting with her tomorrow night. I had no problems with my first meeting with her. Hopefully it all runs smoothly tomorrow night. Thanks for the heads up.
I think I remember who this gentleman is. I was having issues that night and was an still am truly apologetic for my extreme tardiness. If this is how he wants to address the issue, by posting it instead of talking to me directly about it that's fine. I'm not going to let it bother me . Because I am a good provider and I will continue to make my clients happy regardless of what is posted. So I hope this made you feel better.
And what would have happened if he talked to you directly? Would you have given him some sort of discount on a future encounter for wasting his time?

I can count on one hand the number of times I have NCNS'd ANYONE, inside or outside of the hobby. In EVERY case the very first thing I did upon regaining the ability to communicate was to call/text/email that person that I flaked on. That is just common courtesy. Unless you had no ability to communicate, lost/dead phone, unconscious or incarcerated there is simply no excuse for NCNS in this modern world of smart phones.
If you were "truly apologetic" you would have reached out to him long ago and tried to make it right. Even if you were my type, your post even more than your actions (inaction) would land you on my "must miss" list.

Just guessing, but I assume he's trying to have enough time between the incident and now so she can't figure out who he is and retaliate.

No ulterior motive for a late post on this. I was not quite used to the site, and tried, naively, to post a review of her, which was rejected by TER, since they don't post "no show" reviews. Just dawned on me that I could make this known by posting on the LV discussion board.
Thank you for your post. Since I've had two in a row myself, I'm starting to keep a list on this. Nothing more disappointing than a no-show (or someone that is so late you'd be spent by the time she arrives). I'm starting to wonder if it's just this town as I never have a problem in the Bay Area with this kind of thing. My last trip (was no showed just last week), I just booked a provider when I got home and everything went smoothly (for half the price, mind you). It just seems like there are the ultimate professionals who have done this for quite some time and treat their trade like a business and then it seems like there are the "partiers" (and this town definitely has those). Not sure what the deal was on this one, but this does seem to be the MO for Vegas.
In her defense, I've seen her 2X, and a friend of mine met her recently at his suite, and we both found her to be prompt, easy to get along with, and not a clock-watcher at all.
I guess we all have slip-ups, and shit obviously happens, but I found Charlie to be mature, not flaky.
Sometimes things in our personal lives come along and have to be dealt with immediately and sometimes there is no way to contact the client in a timely fashion. Yes it may be unprofessional but some clients do need to realize we have lives outside of our careers and our lives can get in the way but shit does happen. As long as it's not a regular occurrence with the lady, I think it should be forgiven. BTW I don't know the provider or the hobbyist in this case just throwing my opinion out there.

Well not exactly. I think most people understand that emergencies come up from time to time. I charge by appointment myself and can count on one hand how many missed appointments I've had over the last 17 years. And when those situations happened, I made good on it by offering some form of compensation (i.e. discount/free appointment, etc.). To do nothing but say "shit happens" shows that you're not concerned in the least about customer service and don't value your customer's time. In which case, you deserve to have someone put a post like this on a board (or with many businesses, give them a bad review on sites like Yelp).

Seeh her last night. There are no problems with Charlie showing up. Showed up early and not a clock watcher.
I visited with Charlie on my last trip and while she was late both times (she did keep in contact via text), she was absolutely worth the wait! Sexy as hell and a wildcat in bed.

I had the same thing happen to me b4 she even got on p411 or had her good reviews. Some BS about rain or dog ate her keys, or car wont start- u know the BS: just no respect for other peoples TIME.. Did Not report it,, probably should have but since i am old fuck (68) , I let it slide..people dont change , looks like it will eventually catch up to her , once the word gets out, even though reviews are good , hobbyists will stop booking her,
