I used Little Tokyo twice.  Once was a perfect experience with a beautiful young woman with great skill and enthusiasm.  The second one was a bust.  I don't expect these places to send the girl you "select" - but I do expect the person to be somewhere near the age/look.  Big disappointment.  I tipped her $100 for her travel time and sent her on her way politely.

So, who knows?  Sorry couldn't be more helpful.
