I gotta agree with Smarty on Costa Rica but for a different reason. Besides smelling the fish, CR has some of the world's best fishing on both coasts, Marlin, sailfish, dorado, wahoo, tuna, roosterfish on the west coast and tarpon on the east coast. Nightime entertainment is always available and even entertaintainment to bring along on the boat.

Manuel Antonio has fabulous beaches, and theres also a game reserve there you can walk through and see all kinds of exotic things. The incredible thing about it is that its not overly populated like some of the more popular destinations

if only V. V was with me there.

Paris or Venice have their own romantic charms. I've heard good things about Prague (and the Yankee Dollar goes farther there).

Hawaii might not be bad. Oooh, or Jamaica. Time for some Hedonism...

Might need to go to Japan someday- Tokyo and Kyoto. Wonder if anyone I know can speak the language.

Oddly enough, I might end up in Leipzig (!) for a festival I want to go to someday...but my little one has to be a lot older before I can go gallivanting about out of the country. Until then, she takes my long vacations with me while I slip away for the occasional weekend.

It's awfully hard to choose. My choice would depend a lot on the dates in question and what is going on at the time. I love travel- it's just that when I was free enough to travel a lot I was broke, and now that I'm not I'm not free...ah, well.

I'm packed and ready to go!

Think Amsterdam, and I don't think you'd have a hard time finding stuff in Germany or Prague.

And we haven't even covered east Asia.

But as long as I have time and money for anywhere in the world in this fantasy, I'd probably bring someone along...

On all of the places mentioned during the next week or so and post the information---because I am such a nice guy I will also try to personally visit and inspect the "Down South posted by Jai!" As many of us have met it would be great to set a place to go and see how many guys and gals would like to go---maybe we can find a provider that is a travel agent---or even a guy that could get us great deals on the travel!!!
