Who gives best massage in vegas?

I think I slept in a weird position and I am actually really sore and was looking for a provider here in Vegas who give deep tissue rub downs or at least has some skills to working out a painful knot. The massage places are so mechanical.. ..I was hoping to find a low key and friendly incall gal. Any suggestions?

I am not a CMT or anything, but i get so many massages that i actually do give a really good one and know how to work out knots.
