I can't say for sure if it's the same girl, but below is a link to a review of a girl named Mystique.  There are some interesting similarities.

The easy one is the name, both are "Mystique."  The descriptions in the ad and the review profile match (roughly).  The area codes match, 415, a San Francisco area code.  The most intriguing similarity is in the e-mail addresses.  In the ad it is "thegoddessmystique," while in the review profile it is "hazeleyesmystique" (both using the Yahoo e-mail service).  But get this: in the ad she says her eyes are hazel!

Again, there is no way to tell if it is indeed the same girl, as the review profile no longer has a link to an ad or web site.  I'm just pointing out similarities.  Oh, and I won't comment on the review score.
