is one of my favorites but I've heard good things about Rumor as well. I think both places actually host swinger parties, but neither one is on the strip. I've stayed in the suite with a pool table at the Artisan before (can't recall the name of it at the moment) and it was amazing!! I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the bar as well as the Karma Sutra package upgrade  
It was also very inexpensive, but, depending on you're particular fetish, something like that could be overkill. If you'd care to either post your particular fetish on here or PM with details that may help narrow down your search some.
