Edging is getting right to the edge and holding yourself right at the edge where just one more stroke will send you over.

Tantra is the ability to prolong the sex but you may not be at the very edge all the time. Tantra is also more focused on both people having a good time, where edging focuses more on one person.

With Tantra, which is a complex practice in and of itself, some of it can't be described. There is no ego, no goal. Its not about how long your cock can be stroked before you explode. That's not true Tantra. ;) If you have that with out the spiritual practice, then you just had a good orgasm from perhaps an over priced handjob. In Tantra, it is not unheard of for there to not be a physical release at all.

Tantra is based on a spiritual practice. It's about connection to self, to your partner, to the divine, emotional releases and yes, physical releases too. But that shouldn't be the expectation in an authentic experience. There can be meditation involved, chakra/energy work too (because Tantra is ALL about energy).

I will take tantric intimacy any day over mainstream intimacy. It's so much more satisfying and feels 1000% better. ->From feedback and personal experience. ;)

While this article is about tantric sex, it still gives you an idea of the practice: http://mytinysecrets.com/tantra-101-a-super-simple-guide-for-tantric-sex-beginners/

What is Tantra massage, really? : https://shashisolluna.com/2014/09/10/what-is-tantra-massage-really/

A summary of Tantra: http://www.yogajournal.com/article/history-of-yoga/truth-tantra/

Those are a good start and probably will answer your question better, though I feel like they barely scratched the surface of Tantra.

Part of Tantra is to give, without your partner having any expectation of having to return the favor. It can be very one sided, creating space for your partner to truly relax and let go. That obviously applies to Tantra massage more so than Tantric sex, even though Tantra massage is a part of the Tantric sex experience.
