I say you're in no position to tell a lady what she is or isn't worth 
I do say that you have a choice whether or not to see her at the rate she has advertised.
No one person but the lady can define her worth especially if it's attempted to be based simply on a 'menu' offered.
I'm not trying to bust your balls per se, however, trying to structure a rate for ladies to follow is never going to go over well. We charge what we are comfortable with. That usually compensates for wear and tear on our bodies, expenses, medical, products and our time.
I do indeed know the lady that I'm messing with. I don't believe that I questioned her worth either. She has published rates and 141 reviews of services, not counting duos. It doesn't take a ton of complex math skills to see if she's worth her rate. It's safe to say that at least 150 people would say that she is. The funny part is that she's the only real provider to grouse without an alias. I suppose that goes a long way towards your point that she's got spunk. I still stand by my statement of values, plus or minus a few bucks. Since nobody has made a valid counter argument, we're getting pretty close to getting them cast in bronze. For a small political contribution, our state's senior senator could probably get it pushed through before the next recess.
A difference lays, IMO, elsewhere. That is MY site, and your rules are on YOUR site, and I wouldn't repost my “ad” here without your "invitation", nor expect any practical response to such posting now.

Let me give you some examples. How much value do you personally put on:
Promtness/professionalism
The ability to string together multisyllabic words and possesion of a multifaceted intellect
The ability to shut the fuck up and get down to clothes ripping business
The ability to not embarass you in a public setting
The ability to be available at an hour's notice (volume, popularity, pricing)
Scarcity (volume)
Having the toy on the block that none of the other kids can afford (pricing) or have had (volume, sometimes related to pricing), or have at least had today
Bargain hunting-ie, the thrill/feeling of pride in discovering the "jewel" at the bottom of the Back page pile
The comfort in knowing that a woman is established and reputable (usually resulting in an incresed price on the lady's part)
Little details, like the quality of her lingerie and clothing, the sense of her style, her attention to detail, etc
The ability to be genuine or scripted
Obviously, many of these items are at odds with one another, and that is partly the point. They're all valid considerations that go through a man's head when selecting a lady. If you and 99 other men were to rate these particular items 1 through 11 based on how much you value each, I can assure you that the liklihood of achieving a common ground is zero. Each of these has an effect on how a gentleman mentally prices a lady, and onversely, a lady will price herself and show off particular traits based on the target audience she most wants to attract.
Beyond this, let us consider that a lady prices herself as much on what she wants to achieve as she does on her performance and looks.
Is a lady comfortable being high volume or low volume?
Is her preferred target audience high energy suck and fucks, GFE, longer or shorter dates, longer relationships or one offs or somewhere in between?
Is she genuinely unique in some way that makes her a true niche? (None of this "we're all special and unique snowflakes silliness, but rates does she bring something truly uncommon to the table.)
Often most forgotton by posters on TER: What is her target encounter time? In other words, what span of time involves the greatest discount, when the rate is divided by the hours? The entry fee may be high but the longer dates quites reasonable, or she may not really discount at all.
Pricing based on "menu items" only works for the exceedingly small set of men who solely base their internal value scores on the physical exchange. The vast majority of men don't with this way. I imagine even you would place a different value on something as basic as a lady who is reliable than one who is not, all other things considered.
