He puts on a great show with lots of energy and personality

Garth Brooks. If he has any shows left is the best headliner if record sales have anything to do with it.

Terry Fator has a great show that's reasonably priced.

If you don't want a Cirque show Jersey Boys is pretty great.

And if you're a Beatles fan you may want to rethink the no Cirque criteria.  That is also a great show.  LOVE at the Mirage.
