TER Messenger status of providers will be shown throughout the site. The status of providers will be indicated via icons that are now visible in review search results. Status icons will also be listed in provider review profiles. Providers who are logged in to TER Messenger will be moved to the top of the "New Reviews" list!


and that is the reason
btw when they log off TER Messenger their reviews move back to where they were before.
If you want to know if they are on top because of a new review just look at the date listed on the left.If it is an older date then you won't find a new review.

The date option ised to be the default search.  Online status is the new search default.

You can change it to date or other category such as performance.
