Harrah's

So I'm planning a trip to the strip in July.  I've searched this topic and saw a list of hotels from 2013 that have security to access the elevators.  It looks like there were different opinions on Harrah's - they used to be hard ass, but more recent comments looked like it wasn't an issue.  Anyone have recent experience or an update.  Same question for Treasure Island.
thanks.

Had security last time I was there. I will be there next week so I will know better after that but at night they had security at the elevators. You could always meet your date at a bar downstairs so it won't be an issue.

I've been to Harrahs many times over the years and, even though I've seen opinions to the contrary, I have never seen elevator security. There wasn't any this past weekend.  Harrah's suites are the best deal in town. They get overlooked because of the old school casino and ghetto parking, but the 2 room suites are large and tasteful. The casino is being slowly renovated to better match the neighborhood. Great location, especially with the addition of The Linq right next door and the new Cromwell a couple doors down

Horror stories from both ladies and gents on security @ Harrahs can be a little tough. They are definitely 50/50.Some nights are clear of  the guards other nights they walk the floors and stand guard @ the doors  like they are guarding a million dollar safe somewhere.I have heard that they will ask for room cards and ids if they are being jerks!
I personally have had no problems at either T.I or Harrahs!

Good Luck!

They still have security at TI. I was there yesterday morning and had to meet downstairs. It wasn't a bid deal though.
