I have heard Caears Palace offers topless bathing...is that true? Can you go nude? What else is new at Caesars especially with all of the construction? What about providers there? Any other tips about this or LV in general?

You gave good advice in that post.  In addition, the walk from the new Hotel at Mandalay Bay to the pool is rather long.  Indeed, in my opinion, Mandalay Bay's lack of pool space is a real, major negative to staying there during the hot months.  While all the major hotels on the strip have a "pool space problem," the ones that seem to be LEAST affected are Bellagio, Venetian, and (surprise) Paris.  And while I definitely agree that the Mirage DOES have a great pool, it can get rather crowded there too!  Here's a little secret about the Mirage pool:  if you walk under the bridge toward the dolphin area, there's an area with water fountains, bathrooms and (as of the last time I was there) a little refreshment stand that's relatively empty.  It's sort of hidden away, but it's within the general pool area only a short little walk from the main pool itself.  It's saved me a lot of aggravation in the past.

the action at these pools is iffy at best, in my opinion. The Rio is can't miss, the waitresses wear see through skirts with thongs beneath!!  I don't know of any other pool in town with such nice poolside service? Anyone else agree?

Any info. on the Hard Rock and their Strippers Always Free at the pool policy? I heard about it on Stern's show and it sounds great.
